Matthew Phelps

Matthew Phelps has been playing the bagpipes since the age of eight.  He is classified as an Open or Professional member of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association.  This is the highest level of competitive piping in the United States.

Phelps has performed at hundreds of events including weddings, funerals, corporate functions, birthday parties, anniversaries, pub crawls, political campaign marches, Burns Suppers, domestic violence vigils, and  road races.
